EAOO 2026 Conference
EAOO 2026 Conference will be held in Riga, Latvia from 15–17 May 2026, under the theme “Vision for Quality of Life”.
This annual gathering brings together practitioners, researchers, educators and students from across Europe working in optometry and optics. It offers plenary talks, parallel sessions, poster presentations and workshops addressing innovation, clinical practice, and interdisciplinary approaches in vision care.

ECOO Spring Meeting
The ECOO Spring Meeting will take place from 14 to 16 May 2026 in Riga, Latvia, alongside the EAOO 2026 Conference (15–17 May 2026).
ECOO represents national associations of optometrists and opticians from across Europe, promoting harmonised professional standards, advocacy and collaborative initiatives.
The Spring Meeting offers members and partners a mix of formal business sessions, information sharing, and social networking events — creating the ideal environment for strategic dialogue, professional engagement and forging new partnerships.

Attendance at all ECOO meetings is only available to members of ECOO.
